As Associate Brand Manager for Dove Premium Cleansing, you will report into the Brand Manager and play a key role in delivering business performance today while helping to establish a foundation for the brand’s future. This is a very exciting time for Dove to act and think like a Premium Beauty brand within the legacy of our Mass Core business.
You will lead the performance and reporting rhythm of our in-market business, support the go-to-market strategy for upcoming premium innovations, and help establish the foundational platform for future-fit growth in a rapidly premiumizing category.
This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of brand strategy, analytics, creativity, and innovation within one of Unilever’s most iconic and purpose-led brands.
Who You Are & What You’ll Do
• Own in-market reporting, performance tracking, and analysis across key KPIs (share, consumption, equity, media, and innovation performance).
• Leverage data to uncover and then translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations to optimize brand plans and investment.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Innovation, R&D, Finance, Shopper Marketing, Media, and Sales) to ensure excellence in launch planning, execution, and post-launch learning.
• Help deliver distinctive storytelling and campaign execution that reinforce Dove’s credentials in Premium.
• Craft & execute US-centric, social-first communications and activation plans with cross-functional and agency partners across paid, owned & earned media.
• Contribute to long-term strategic planning and brand portfolio evolution in the premium segment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver consumer-first, insight-led marketing that drives both brand love and business impact.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure excellence in execution and agility in response to performance learnings.
• Work closely with the US innovation team on best-in-class deployment of US innovation launches & marketing plans.
• Work with customer development to deliver promotional calendar; measure & optimize plan performance throughout the year to improve results.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
• BA or MBA
• 3+ years of relevant marketing, brand management, or commercial experience (CPG, beauty, or personal care experience preferred but not required).
• Experience leading consumer marketing programs; strong knowledge of the digital and social landscape
• Strong analytical mindset — able to interpret data, connect insights, and craft strategic recommendations.
• Creative fluency — able to partner with agencies and cross-functional teams to bring purposeful, premium ideas to life.
• Bias for Action - The candidate must demonstrate an entrepreneurial mind set and strong bias for action with proven results leading and motivating internal cross functional teams and external partners.
• The successful candidate will have good judgement, attention to detail, an aesthetic eye and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of the US retail environment & customer landscape preferred
• High comfort level using Circana (or similar point of sale data) and Numerator (or similar panel data)

Pay: The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,120. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.  

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.  

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
