As the Billing & Payment Processing Associate you will manage and process reporting and invoicing related to maintenance and fuel transactions. This includes handling invoices for national accounts, independent dealers, rentals, and fuel-related activities as required. The role is also responsible for reviewing and working reports and managing corrections within systems such as Content Navigator, Xcelerate, and Extra—specifically addressing errors preventing billing and payment, duplicate reports, and any necessary research or corrections.
Additionally, this position provides support to the invoice processing teams working with Auto Integrate, offering guidance and assistance as needed.
The ultimate goal is to ensure all transactions are accurately billed to clients and payments are issued to suppliers in accordance with established payment terms.
A Day in the Life
Identification, auditing and processing of maintenance transactions (Dunning)
Processing of National Account, Rental and Fuel invoices
Work Accounts Payable Research APR in AI, make necessary adjustments to client billing and supplier payment
Work EZDOC for Dealer & Independent transactions
Work Duplicate Reports for required transactions
Requirements
Excellent data entry skills/ PC experience
High School Graduate or equivalent experience.
Experience in billing or Accounts Payable preferred
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
High level of accuracy
Some experience with Adobe Pro preferred
Knowledge of automotive repairs/language
Ability to give attention to detail, organize and prioritize work
Ability to research, resolve problems and make independent judgments
Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal customers
The base salary range for this position is $46,800 to $64,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
