Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and assembly of bid proposals, ensuring they meet organizational and client standards.
- Conduct thorough research to support bid submissions and gather insights into project specifications and client expectations.
- Contribute to the writing and editing of proposal content to ensure it is compelling and clearly communicates our offerings.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to acquire necessary data and documentation for bids.
- Organize and maintain records of proposals, ensuring timely submission and efficient file management.
- Engage in team strategy sessions to improve the overall bidding process and apply best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends to enhance the quality of bids.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English Language or a relevant field.
- Recent graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or related fields.
- Outstanding writing and editing abilities with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
