What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and manage in-person and virtual events for B2B audiences, including logistics, promotion, reporting, and follow-up
- Support digital marketing efforts across owned media (social, website, email, YouTube) and paid media (LinkedIn, Google) channels to ensure timely, effective and ROI-driven campaigns
- Create and update marketing materials for B2B communications, including presentations, reports, talking points and event content, while maintaining brand and messaging consistency
- Monitor and report on the performance of B2B marketing initiatives and events, providing insights to guide future efforts
- Assist with executing marketing campaigns that engage employer partners
- Write and edit copy for emails, newsletters, social media posts, and other marketing collateral aimed at B2B audiences
- Help manage digital marketing channels, such as email platforms and social media accounts, to improve campaign results
- Lead administrative duties in support of B2B Marketing efforts, including meeting coordination, note taking, and internal communications
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of marketing or communications experience with a focus on B2B audiences
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and B2B audience engagement
- Comfortable using digital marketing tools such as email platforms, social media channels, and Google Analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
