Trueline is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Las Vegas office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Nevada-barred attorney to build depth in construction defect and general liability litigation within a stable and collegial environment.
Must-Haves as the Associate Attorney:
- Active license to practice law in Nevada and in good standing
- 1-2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation
- Strong legal research, writing, and law & motion skills
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work on-site at least three days a week (first 30 days fully in-office)
- Ability to handle pleadings, discovery, and case preparation tasks
Nice-to-Haves as the Associate Attorney:
- Experience in construction defect or general liability cases
- Familiarity with trial preparation or covering court hearings
- Interest in long-term stability and growth within a small team
- Willingness to cover occasional court appearances when needed
This Role Offers:
- Salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 DOE
