Associate (Attorney) Join Hogan Lovells US LLP in Washington, D.C. in the Infrastructure, Energy, Resources and Projects Practice Group. Work with senior attorneys to prepare, revise and negotiate project agreements and financing and other transaction documentation related to infrastructure, energy, resources and project transactions, including in the renewable energy and new technology sectors. Assist on international and domestic business transactions across asset classes including joint ventures, acquisition/disposition and financing transactions, including performing due diligence and assisting with the structuring of transactions and the formation of new entities and coordinating with local counsel in the United States and civil law jurisdictions. Assist with cross-border transactions involving Latin America (including Brazil) and other civil law jurisdictions. Serve as an associate liaison between the firm’s Washington, D.C., Brazil and Mexico offices.
Minimum requirements: a U.S. law degree (JD), District of Columbia Bar Membership, plus at least one year of legal experience with international business transactions across various asset classes, specifically including joint ventures, acquisitions/dispositions, and financing transactions, including cross-border transactions involving Latin America (including Brazil) and other civil law jurisdictions. Salary range is: $331,500-390,000.
