Requirements
Our Dallas office is looking to add an attorney to our team, and we are accepting applications from attorneys with at least two years of property insurance coverage and bad faith litigation experience. People with tenacity, critical thinking skills, passion, and a desire to learn thrive at Zelle. Candidates should have experience in first-party property insurance litigation and/or coverage disputes, along with stellar oral and written communication skills to be successful in this role. The position will include the examination of first-party property insurance claims, preparation of coverage opinion letters, preparation of pleadings and discovery, and attendance at hearings, depositions, and trial. Texas bar membership required.
Important to note: Associates are required to work at least three days per week in Zelle’s Dallas office. It is possible to arrange for remote work for the remainder of the week.

Skills Required
- At least two years of property insurance coverage and bad faith litigation experience
