Kelley Kronenberg, a leading national law firm, is seeking a driven and experienced First-Party Property Associate Attorney to join our litigation team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. If you have 2+ years of experience in First-Party Property insurance litigation (or comparable civil litigation experience), are admitted to practice law in Florida, and are ready to take the next step in your career with a firm that values its people and invests in their success, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Handle First-Party Property cases from inception to resolution.
Draft legal documents, conduct depositions, and attend mediations and hearings.
Collaborate with experienced trial attorneys and business leaders.
Interact directly with clients and contribute to litigation strategy.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
Minimum 2 years of First-Party Property or civil litigation experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Skills Required
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing with the Florida Bar
- At least 2 years of first-party property insurance litigation or comparable civil litigation experience
