- Gain a deep understanding of the business capabilities, and objectives for the business area supported.
- Implement technology capabilities and solutions that support and enable the business strategy, processes and objectives for the business area supported.
- Ensure a cross-functional view and roadmap to maximize the business value of technology investments for the business area supported.
- Lead development and communication of end-to-end vision for technical solutions that may be implemented across multiple phases.
- Champion and gain buy-in from the Tech Leads and development teams for strategic technology direction and standards.
- Coordinate with infrastructure regarding structure, implementation and monitoring of solutions across environments.
- Oversee and own technical debt for assigned projects and determine corrective action before project closure.

- Successful business and technology leadership experience with an organization known for delivering world-class technology services. 5+ years of leading a development team or providing enterprise designs for project delivery or in a Solution Architecture role.

- Excellent ability to understand corporate strategy and technology direction and translate business needs into effective technology designs.

- Ability to actively participate and audit artefacts from multiple, concurrent projects.

- Demonstrated ability to design enterprise systems.
- 5+ years of leading a development team or providing enterprise designs for project delivery or in a Solution Architecture role.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the design and development of highly scalable systems
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies, with hands-on experience leading projects utilizing one or more Agile approaches
- Broad technology experience, including familiarity with API, microservices, cloud data architecture, web & mobile development and event-driven architectures.
- Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD
- Understand the Security requirements and standards and contemporary trends in Security risks as well as technologies.
- Understanding of software design for Cloud
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or another technical field
- Industry experience within Fleet services is highly desirable. Successful business and technology leadership experience with an organization known for delivering world-class technology services.

Pay Range:
$113,400-$158,800The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
