In April 2021, Finance Active joined Altus Group, a leading provider of asset and fund information for commercial real estate.
Provide operational support to key business processes that bring value and insight to our clients. Provide support for associated engagements including data extraction and data setup function, supporting various processes. Maintain a working knowledge of our proprietary information management systems, (Ie. ITAM, Argus ValueInsight and DataBridge), and maintain responsibility for uploading and downloading information as well as assisting with quality control. Pulling and analyzing market data from third party sources.- Setup workflows through standardized process to allow for efficient process transition between GSC and Engagement Teams.
- Accurate and timely data input and extraction that support a variety of needs throughout our offers using relevant applications e.g. Argus Enterprise, Argus ValueInsight, DataBridge, ARW, TAM, Excel, etc.
- Scheduling, setting up clients in internal systems
- Assemble market data sets accurately from third party subscription sites and jurisdictional websites that supports the development of accurate data records for our client deliverables.
- Effectively contribute to the development of deliverables including packaging of reports, analysis of sale comparables, income and expenses statements and any other support
- Provide accurate QA and identify and correct any discrepencies thorough self reviews of data inputs

Skills Required
- Working knowledge of ITAM, Argus ValueInsight, Argus Enterprise and DataBridge
- Proficiency in Excel for data input, extraction and analysis
- Experience with data extraction, data setup and uploading/downloading information
- Ability to assemble and analyze market data from third-party sources and jurisdictional websites
- Perform quality assurance and identify/correct discrepancies in data inputs
- Support development and packaging of client deliverables, including comparable sales and income/expense analysis
