This position is based in Milwaukee, WI. Hybrid environment 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
How will you make an impact?
As an Associate Analyst, you will be a part of the Finance Analytics & Reporting team that is responsible for monitoring, and reporting on our reinsurance agreements, risk, and financial reporting. You will maintain reports and dashboards, while developing essential data and business knowledge. You will work with cross‑functional partners to ensure accurate data, improve reporting processes, and enhance decision‑making across the organization.
This is accomplished by:
- Creating and updating accurate reports, and dashboards
- Monitoring and researching data for quality issues, and escalating, if needed, to ensure a resolution
- Assisting with reporting requests; collaborating with senior analysts and cross‑functional partners to understand and clarify requirements
- Analyzing data and reports to uncover trends and patterns
- Developing essential data and business knowledge
- Assisting the data governance initiative by documenting data terminology and processes
Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, data analytics or related fields
- Basic proficiency in Excel, Google sheets, or similar
- Basic proficiency in SAS, SQL, or other data programming languages
- Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

Pay Range:
$59,760.00 - $98,610.00
This range aligns with current market data and reflects our commitment to competitive and equitable compensation. Salary offers are based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and training. The range may vary in certain locations to reflect local market conditions. It is not typical to initiate pay at the top of the range to account for internal equity and allow for future and continued salary growth
