As a Associate Quality Analyst at RXO, you’ll support the Expedite organization by maintaining quality standards, strengthening compliance processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across Managed Transportation operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support audits, documentation workflows and training efforts that improve service quality and operational consistency.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Support development and maintenance of the Expedite Quality Framework and continual improvement initiatives
  • Assist with Division Quality Management System (QMS) activities to ensure alignment with internal standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify service quality improvement opportunities and support implementation efforts
  • Maintain document libraries and manage document workflows, including version control, approvals, distribution and archiving
  • Review document change requests and support standardization across accounts within the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS)
  • Support planning and execution of the Expedite internal assessment program, including tools, schedules and evaluation tracking
  • Assist with internal audits and compliance reviews, including Award and Export Deviation audits
  • Collect and analyze assessment results to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
  • Support preparation and facilitation of Expedite management review meetings, including documentation and follow-up actions
  • Provide support for quality-related training materials and competency tools while assisting with quality-related questions and issue resolution

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • 1 year of professional experience in quality assurance, operations support or a related environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Experience supporting quality assurance programs, audits or compliance initiatives
  • Experience working with document control systems or electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS)
