About the Role
We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Event Coordinator to join our European Academy team. In this client-facing role, you'll be a key player in designing and delivering engaging learning experiences-from live webinars to interactive virtual and face-to-face courses.
You'll collaborate with internal trainers and cross-functional teams to manage the end-to-end production of learning events. If you're passionate about education, technology, and creating meaningful learning journeys, this role is for you.
What You'll Do• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of Academy learning events (virtual, hybrid, and in-person) using platforms like Adobe Connect, Zoom, and MS Teams.• Manage timelines, logistics, and stakeholder alignment to ensure smooth execution.• Provide technical and creative support to trainers and learners.• Ensure a seamless and engaging participant experience, as well as consistency in quality and branding, across all formats.• Support user onboarding and management on Academy's learning platform, while ensuring compliance with data management and privacy requirements (e.g., GDPR)• Contribute to documenting event coordination processes and creating internal playbooks, checklists.• Support the team's marketing collateral creation as needed.

• A passion for learning, creativity, and customer experience.• Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills• Comfortable working with digital tools/platforms (e.g., Cvent, Teams, webinar tools)• Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., video editing and image design) to support branding and collateral creation.• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work across teams.• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
