* This position will be filled as an Associate Analyst or Associate Analyst Sr based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate. *

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE:

Performs a wide variety of data analyses under the general supervision of the Configuration Manager.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research assigned portions of a project, documents sources and works with relevant stakeholders inside and outside of department to ensure reporting relevancy.
  • Recognize data inconsistencies and irregularities and reports issues to the Configuration Manager.
  • Support the review of functions and structures of business area to avoid overlap and duplication.
  • Documentation and analyses using a consistent methodology and nomenclature to ensure that analyses are preserved for future use.
  • Performs quality control analysis to ensure accuracy and rationale.
  • Assists Configuration Management Team with schedules and activities interfacing with external workgroups and departments.
  • Moderate administrative responsibilities as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related field required or equivalent work experience (Detailed below)
  • Preferred: Master's Degree

Minimum Experience:

  • Assoc Analyst:
    • With a 4 year degree: 0 - 2 years
    • Without a 4 year degree: 4 - 6 years
  • Assoc Analyst, Sr:
    • With a 4 year degree: 2 - 4 years
    • Without a 4 year degree: 6 - 8 years

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Preferredexperience with:
    • Analysis Tools - Power BI (Highly Preferred)
    • Scheduling tools - P6 (Preferred)
    • Maximo (Preferred)
    • P6 (Preferred)
