- For this position, 90% of your duties will be receiving or making calls to customers to interview them about how they use Western Union services.
- You will assess AML knowledge when handling transaction refunds.
- After an accurate review via phone and/or mail, you will make decisions, communicating them to consumers, Agents and/or Service Associates.
- You will follow up on customer’s activity already reviewed by previous senior specialists, you will try to contact customer via phone and/or email to collect required information and/or documentation.
- Must have an availability to work night shifts and weekends.
- Anti money laundering compliance background or customer service experience in a related banking field is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish language.
- Amenable to working night shifts and weekends.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
- Analytical and research and attention to detail skills are required.
- Paid sick leave and vacation leave
- HMO coverage with dependents from day 1 of employment, subject to insurer's review
