Primary Responsibilities:
- Support AI-Driven DevOps Delivery
- Contribute to DevOps implementation for AI platforms, focusing on automation, scalability, and system reliability
- Assist Core AI Ops & Operations Support
- Provide day-to-day operational support for AI/ML systems, ensuring system availability, performance, and stability
- Observability & Monitoring
- Build and maintain dashboards in Grafana, Dynatrace, and Splunk to monitor application health and performance
- Alerting & Incident Support
- Configure and maintain alerts, assist in incident detection, triage, and resolution to minimize downtime
- CI/CD Pipeline Support
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable automated build, test, and deployment processes
- Cloud & Infrastructure Support (Azure)
- Support Azure infrastructure, including basic management of compute, storage, and containerized workloads
- API & Integration Support
- Create and maintain Postman collections and assist with API testing and validation
- Incident Management Participation
- Participate in daily incident management, troubleshoot issues, and support root cause analysis
- War Room Support for Critical Incidents
- Assist in high-priority incident calls by providing technical analysis and updates
- Technical Troubleshooting
- Debug application and infrastructure issues with guidance, including code-level investigation when needed
- Governance & Compliance Support
- Follow AI governance practices and ensure operational activities meet compliance and quality standards.

AI Builder Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering and experienced in building AI agents
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline development and automation
- Hands on AI experience
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and distributed systems
- Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and YAML for integrations
- Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
- Solid foundation in object-oriented programming and code-level debugging
Preferred Qualification:
- Exposure to AI Ops concepts such as predictive monitoring and automated remediation
