- Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues.
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
- Preparation of workings for Revenue recognition of Goods & Services as per Ind AS.
- Experience of handling export transactions.
- Preparation & submission of EDPMS data to bank.
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
- Proven working experience as Accounts Receivable Lead, Accounts Receivable Sr. Executive or Senior Accounts Receivable Associate.
- 5 - 8 Years of experience in the domain of accounting.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations.
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
- Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (Zoho).
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office.
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and finance tools.
- CA Inter+, Bachelors or Master degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.

Skills Required
- 3+ years of experience in accounting/accounts receivable
- Proven experience as Accounts Receivable Executive or Associate
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or CA Inter+
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (Zoho)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel
