Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow standard operating procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Execute daily general ledger accounting operations.
  • Reconcile accounts during the month-end closing process.
  • Keep records of account entries by compiling and analyzing accounting activities.
  • Support and execute internal controls.
  • Coordinate accounting matters with peers.
  • Handle basic issues and problems, referring more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other documents projecting the organization's financial position.
  • Support the coordination of financial statements for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned based on team and/or country-specific requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Accountability in protecting the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
