Summary:
The Associate Account Representative role on Sg2’s Client Services team ensures Sg2’s clients receive exceptional customer service in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and account management support to members of the service team to drive client retention, satisfaction, and growth opportunities.
- Facilitate and manage client interactions with Sg2 experts.
- Manage follow-up from client calls and ensure complete follow through.
- Assist clients with website registration, access issues and site navigation.
- Generate client reports that provide relevant information, highlighting the value delivered to the client.
- Manage outgoing and incoming communications with clients.
- Create monthly decks for client check-in calls and triage follow up.
- Document client interactions via Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; ensure CRM system data integrity and quality.
- Master the CRM system as a ‘super-user’ and help client service team members effectively leverage its functionality.
- Drive attendance for Sg2-sponsored webcasts and conferences, and coordinate participation in these events.
- Manage and coordinate client meeting preparation and logistics.
- Handle all incoming calls and emails via the Member Center phone line and inbox.
- Handle additional administrative and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree preferred.
- No experience required.
- Hospital experience (internship or work) and a strong interest in health care are strongly preferred.
- Superior communication skills, strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and organizational skills.
- Ability to react positively to shifting priorities for multiple projects simultaneously and to perform under pressure with tight deadlines.
- An uncompromising commitment to quality and a passion for health care.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $51,900.00 to $82,900.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
