Job brief:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Associate Account Manager to support our Sales team in delivering best-in-class advertising solutions for our clients. In this role, you will assist experienced Account Executives in preparing campaign materials, conducting research, and supporting day-to-day client management activities. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, help format media plans, and ensure campaigns launch and deliver successfully.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for digital advertising who is eager to learn, grow, and eventually manage client relationships independently.

The impact you'll make:

  • Assist experienced Account Executive(s) in preparing materials and researching client needs to help develop sales strategies for current and potential advertisers.
  • Work closely with our internal pricing and inventory teams to help coordinate and format media plans.
  • Support the sales team in building strong relationships with agency and advertiser counterparts by preparing for meetings and documenting client needs.
  • Gather company data, industry research, and marketing information to be used in client presentations and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Exceed customer expectations by being highly responsive, organizing relevant information, and communicating marketplace updates in partnership with your Account Executive(s)
  • Assist with the initial setup and ongoing monitoring of delivery for search and social data campaigns.
  • Collect and organize data for post-campaign insight reports, working with others to ensure a solid summary of results and key takeaways.
  • Partner with internal support teams (including Creative Lab, Client Success, Ad Operations, Legal, and Finance) to ensure advertising campaigns launch on time and deliver completely.
  • Develop and maintain a foundational knowledge of our ad sales offerings, marketing materials, and internal processes.
  • Participate in internal account conversations to track campaign performance, document key takeaways, and outline optimization next steps.
  • Work with sales and account management peers to develop the ability to be an independent, contributing partner in all account management duties, including growing revenue.

What you've accomplished:

  • 1+  years of professional experience (internships with an agency or digital publisher included)
  • Superior analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in an evolving and dynamic work environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for the digital advertising marketplace and basic understanding of the competitive landscape in which we operate
  • Positive attitude with a drive to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Nice to have
  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience with DCM, Google Workspace tools, and Salesforce is a plus
