Associate Account Manager

Salary Range

$68,640 - $67,120

As an Associate Account Manager, you will support the broader Sales Team by assisting in the deployment of corporate-wide resources to provide comprehensive service and solutions to the account portfolio. In partnership with the Account Manager, you will identify and escalate internal and external opportunities to improve day-to-day customer service and overall experience.

Job Description

• Full-Time, Remote Role

• Location: Based out of the Rancho Cordova, CA office, with regular travel to retail stores in the region.

• Compensation: Starting at $70,000

You will contribute by:

• Assisting Account Managers in maintaining relationships for assigned accounts and helping to establish and build strong client partnerships.

• Identifying target opportunities within the framework of the organization-wide strategy and proposing solutions to leadership.

• Adhering to training content and transferring knowledge from newly developed and enhanced processes to fellow team members.

• Participating in special projects and programs as needed, including information technology projects involving scope, specification, and integration testing for customer and internal enhancements.

• Working closely with the Company’s Customer Service Representatives to troubleshoot and resolve issues within assigned accounts.

• Frequently traveling to retail store locations.

We’re searching for candidates with:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

• Ability to work independently and manage a hybrid schedule of store visits and remote work.

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently, up to 60%.

• 2-5 years of experience in Retail Grocery or Wholesale Grocery Operations.
