We are seeking a talented Account Manager to plan and implement sales to specific, existing major accounts where growing relationships, identifying opportunities in the region! This is exciting opportunity is based in Cairo, Egypt!
Where You’ll Make a Difference
• Develop multi-level cross-functional customer relationships with key customer decision makers/influencers
• Contribute/lead commercial negotiation(e.g., annual pricing, payment terms)
• Maximize potential advantage to IFF while delivering optimal solutions to customer.
• Acts as the main customer point of contact in all matters
• Demonstrate IFF Culture Principles and live our values
• Lead projects through effective communication, and collaboration with key external and internal stakeholders(CI/Marketing/Creative Teams/formulation etc.)
• Build and execute account plans successfully
• Responsible for setting clear commercial targets (Sales/GP/New Win/Grow Market share) with the manager / Achieve new wins / grow market / market share aligned with account strategic plan
• Define and suggest the required account resources, investment, and relevant service model to support the account.
What Makes You the Right Fit
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Food Science/ Business/Sciences or Engineering
• Ability to understand basic financial concepts/processes (pricing/margin/forecasting)
• Curiosity and passion with strong interests in sales & business development
• Minimum 3-5 Years experience in sales, sales service, product development, FMCG, flavors, chemical or ingredients industries
