Who YOU Are 

The Assistant Account Executive supports client services efforts by implementing and managing projects in a timely and efficient way. The Assistant Account Executive supports in driving the daily activities of a project by communicating with key internal service delivery personnel and manages project scope, scope change, and potential project roadblock.

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:  

Tactical Management 

  • Monitors the workflow of all assigned accounts to ensure jobs are on track and completed accurately 
  • Maintains account organization (timelines, scheduling meetings, pool organization, status reports) 

Client Management 

  • Serves as the point of contact when other team members are not available 
  • Builds rapport and credibility with clients 

Financial Management 

  • Processes signatures, opens jobs and works with Accounting to produce client invoices 

Product Knowledge 

  • Understands product category and competitors; keeps abreast of what competitors are doing 

Strategy 

  • Observation and interest in strategy 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree - (Marketing or Communcation focused preferred)
  • Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Experience preferred
  • 1 Year of Agency Experience preferred
  • Commutable to NY, Boston or Costa Mesa office for team and client meetings as needed

Precision is required by law in some states or cities to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.

Reasonable estimate of the current range

$45,000$55,000 USD
