Influencer Marketing Assistant (Entry Level)

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for social media, digital culture, and influencer trends? Edelman is looking for an Influencer Marketing Assistant to join our innovative and fast-paced team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone eager to dive into the ever-evolving world of influencer marketing.

Responsibilities:

Support the Influencer Marketing team in the planning and execution of influencer campaigns.

Research and identify relevant influencers across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

Assist in outreach, communication, and relationship-building with content creators and talent agencies.

Help coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, and approvals.

Monitor influencer content for quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand messaging.

Track performance metrics and help prepare post-campaign reports and analytics.

Assist with brainstorms and creative campaign planning sessions.

Support administrative tasks, including contract tracking and payment processing.

Requirements:

Recent graduate in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.

Strong interest in influencer culture, social media, and digital content.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with major social platforms and trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Collaborative spirit and willingness to learn.

Proficiency in English (preferred).

Experience with influencer marketing platforms or tools (a plus).
