仕事内容
アクイジション アカウント エグゼクティブとして、主要都市の優先度の高い飲食店パートナーを対象に、営業活動の全プロセスを担当していただきます。
あなたの取り組みは、Uber Eats上での飲食店の多様性や品質を高めるだけでなく、顧客体験の向上、そして長期的で信頼できるパートナーシップの構築にもつながります。
スピード感のある環境の中で、課題を自ら発見し、主体的に解決へ導く姿勢が求められます。
主な業務内容
- 優先度の高いレストランパートナー候補に対し、初回コンタクトから契約、稼働、初期成長支援までの営業サイクルを一貫して担当
- 各店舗の課題や目標を理解し、Uber Eatsの価値提案を最適な形で伝えることで強固な関係を構築
- 東京・大阪・地方都市など、担当エリアを戦略的に分析し、高インパクトな新規開拓機会を特定
- オペレーション、マーケティング、アカウントマネジメントチームと連携し、スムーズなオンボーディングを支援
- データやツールを活用し、リード管理・優先順位設定・フォローアップ・パイプライン運営を効率的に実行
- 現場のフィードバックをもとに、プロダクト・価格・プロセス改善に貢献
求めるスキル・経験
- エンド・ツー・エンドの営業経験：リード獲得から商談、契約締結まで一人で完結できる方
- 高い実行力と粘り強さ：課題があっても諦めず、確実に成果を出せる方
- 優れたコミュニケーション力：日本語で自信を持って説明・交渉ができる方（英語での読み書きができれば尚可）
- 営業・ビジネスセンス：個人経営の飲食店からチェーン展開企業まで、相手に合わせた提案ができる方
歓迎スキル・経験
- B2B営業、パートナーシップ、または事業開発の経験（目安：2〜3年）
特にテック業界、ホスピタリティ業界、またはFMCG業界での経験を歓迎します - 日本の飲食業界・飲食文化に対する深い理解
- CRMシステム（例：Salesforce）の使用経験、およびKPI達成を重視する環境での営業経験

Skills Required
- End-to-end sales experience, including lead generation, sales meetings, negotiations, and contract closing
- Ability to communicate and negotiate confidently in Japanese
- Strong execution, persistence, and ability to achieve results
- Strong communication and business acumen, with the ability to tailor proposals to independent restaurants and chains
- B2B sales, partnerships, or business development experience, ideally 2–3 years
- Experience in the technology, hospitality, or FMCG industries
- Deep understanding of Japan’s restaurant industry and food culture
- CRM experience, such as Salesforce
