Job Summary
The a4 Customer Success Team includes Account Management, Media Planning, Creative Services and Accounts Receivable. Collaboratively, a4's Customer Success is focused on three primary objectives: provide a great customer experience for our internal sales teams and external clients, work side by side with sales to foster and build positive relationships with our customers and ensure our customers' expectations are exceeded and they value us as a trusted partner. The Associate Account Coordinator is a key role on the a4 advertising team that is central to how our advertising department conducts business each day, such as building and managing extensive advertising campaigns and processing critical ad materials. In this role you will specialize in Linear TV and Digital advertising and develop a working knowledge of the a4 product catalog and corresponding order entry systems. You are passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience, highly organized, a problem solver and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains a working knowledge of all a4 advertising products, processes, and software applications, along with local, regional, national nuances.
- Maintains effective communication with both internal and external parties to ensure advertising campaigns run as committed to the customer.
- Accurately captures required campaign details in all systems.
- Creates campaign schedules in front-end applications according to customer's signed orders and advertising flight dates.
- Builds schedules according to available inventory to ensure maximum clearance, processes revisions or makegoods as needed.
- Develops understanding of campaign metrics including CPM, Ratings, Impressions, Frequency, Reach, and customer data on performance reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Prior intern experience or course work in advertising, marketing, sales, or related fields preferred
- Strong computer skills including: Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Professional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills with strict attention to details
- Being flexible and adaptable to a constantly changing work environment
