    • La maîtrise de l'anglais est obligatoire car ce rôle traite avec des employés canadiens et américains (80 %).

Mandate:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Associate supports the day-to-day operations of a logistics company. This role involves tracking shipments, updating systems, and managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Monitor shipments using tracking systems to ensure timely movement of goods from departure to arrival.
  • Schedule pickup and delivery appointments.
  • Provide real-time shipment updates to internal teams.
  • Accurately enter details into client portal management software.
  • Deliver excellent service to carriers via phone and email.
  • Escalate unresolved issues promptly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a data entry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Bilingual (English and French)
    • Fluency in English is mandatory as this role deals with Canadian and US employees (80%).
