カーディアックリズムマネジメント事業部（CRM）は、徐脈、頻脈性の不整脈や心不全などの慢性疾患を対象とした植込み型デバイス（ペースメーカ、植込み型除細動器等）による治療と、原因不明の失神と潜因性脳梗塞患者の不整脈をモニタリングするデバイス（植込み型心電図モニタ）を提供しています。
また、遠隔モニタリングシステムによるデバイス管理や、アラート通知による患者管理を行なうことで、治療の質と安全性の向上をサポートします。
その中で我々カスタマーサポートは、テクニカルサポートデスク（TSD）・ペイシェントコールセンター（PCC）の２グループから構成されており、テクニカルサポートデスクは主にCRM製品に関する技術や機能面に関する問い合わせ対応をしており、患者さんの安全第一をモットーに活動しています。
＜業務内容＞
CRMカスタマーサポート/テクニカルサポートデスクとして医療関係者（臨床工学技士、医師、看護師等）、代理店社員および当社営業部からの下記問合せ対応を電話、メール、画像通話を用いて行います

＜必須要件＞
職務経験
- 社会人経験2年以上
- 電話応対を含む事務・営業・接客経験
