What Your Impact Will Be

  • Oversee and ensure product availability aligned with commercial needs and financial indicators.
  • Lead and motivate a team of replenishment planners, fostering a collaborative and execution-focused environment.
  • Analyze large datasets, present key insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce excess products above the safety stock policy.
  • Develop and map all activities for the replenishment team, utilizing project management skills.
  • Focus on supply curve management with expertise in projections and forecasting.
  • Provide clear and effective communication across diverse groups, overcoming language barriers.
  • Build constructive and effective cross-functional relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in replenishment, supply chain, sales forecasting, or inventory management
  • Analysis and Problem-Solving: Proficient in databases to analyze critical information driving actions for the demand planning and plant teams.
  • Communication: Clear and effective communication across a variety of groups with language barriers.
  • Collaboration: Build effective cross-functional relationships.
  • Financial Knowledge: Evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Project Management: Map all activities for the replenishment team efficiently.
  • Supply Curves and Forecasting: Expertise in projections and supply curve management
  • Advanced Excel
