Introduction
Perform shift duties to support CIM system for operations, such as first line CIM recovery according to SOP provided and escalate to Level 2 CIM engineers when appropriate.
Your Job
• Monitor CIM system and server performance and support other IT related issues
• Assist CIM engineers to do CIM link up to the tools
• Setup, install and administrate terminal servers, Fab PCs and others CIM related equipment
• Constant audit on the Fab PC & CIM hardware tidiness to meet cleanroom audit standard
• Assist CIM engineers to conduct Acceptance Testing for CIM enhancements
• Perform routine Accounts Request Creation and Maintenance
• Attend to CIM Work Requests assigned
• Responsible for CIM Issue Logging for all issues reported and encountered
• Responsible to ensure clear and concise shift pass down to next shift AE eg: Outstanding issues, tasks not completed

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering / IT

• At least 2 years of related field working experience.

• Working Experience in supporting system for Wafer Fab is and advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge in C Programming, Oracle SQL, Java Programming, Visual Basic .Net and Unix Shell Scripts in a must

• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
