Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Ensure traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing deliverables.
Support validation and testing while maintaining compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with AQS business and IT teams to design and deliver modern technology solutions.
Coordinate integration touchpoints and ensure accurate data flow across SCAPE SCE interfaces.
Maintain SCAPE product backlog and align user requirements across project workstreams.
Partner with vendors to interpret and implement user requirements effectively.
Drive user experience considerations and adherence to compliance in solution design and deployment.
Essential Requirements
University degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry with global responsibilities.
Proven ability to influence without authority and collaborate across diverse teams.
Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and Agile methodologies.
Extensive experience in project management and change management for global solutions.
Demonstrated success in delivering validated IT solutions and managing complex requirements.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges proactively.
Excellent communication skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
Desirable Requirements
Familiarity with SCAPE Statistical Compute Environment and related integration processes.
Experience with clinical data standards such as CDISC-SDTM, ADaM, and Unified Study Data Model.
