Job SummaryJob Purpose: We are seeking a Assoc BI Analyst with healthcare domain knowledge to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing requirements from business customers, creating data mapping documents for our BI engineers to develop data pipelines and data layers for BI reports, and supporting ad-hoc business requests.To be successful in this role, you should have strong analytical thinking skills and be proficient in SQL and Python. You should also have some experience working with big data or in an Azure cloud environment. Additionally, you should be comfortable working with business customers to understand their data needs and be able to translate those needs into technical requirements. Familiarity with Scrum and JIRA, and the ability to create user stories and deliver insights, is also important in this role.
Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1 years of experience in a BI analyst or similar role or 5 years of experience in similar role in with health care experience.
- knowledge in SQL and Python
- Experience in requirements management and/or prototyping
- Knowledge of working with big data or in an Azure cloud environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with business customers in the healthcare industry and translate their needs into technical requirements
- Proactive self-starter, quick-learner, flexible team-player, ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task, maintain strong attention to detail, and prioritize work within tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of data mapping and data flow documentation in the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with Scrum and JIRA, and the ability to create user stories and deliver insights
- Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik is a plus

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
