A Day in the LifeWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will support accounting operations, assist with financial reporting, and ensure accuracy and compliance in day-to-day transactions.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepares internal and external financial reports.
Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
Collaborate with other departments for financial data gathering and analysis
Help ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards
Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
Participate in audits and assist with audit documentation
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
0 years of experience required
Nice to Have : Preferred:
1–2 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Professional certification (CPA track or similar) or MBA is a plus
