Was erwartet Sie

· Sie organisieren eigenverantwortlich unser anspruchsvolles Sekretariat für Partner mit Team

· Sie bereiten Besprechungen und Veranstaltungen vor, planen Geschäftsreisen und bearbeiten die Reisekostenabrechnungen Ihres Teams

· Sie sind zuständig für die Aktenanlage und Verwaltung der Akten

· Sie erstellen Mandatsvereinbarungen und betreuen die Abrechnungen unserer Mandate

· Sie bearbeiten umfangreiche Verträge, erstellen und optimieren Präsentationen und Angebote

· Sie kommunizieren in deutscher und in englischer Sprache mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern

· Sie arbeiten in einem netten und motivierten Team in guter Arbeitsatmosphäre

Was uns überzeugt

· Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r,

Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

· Vorzugsweise erste Berufserfahrung im Sekretariat einer internationalen oder überregionalen Rechtsanwaltskanzlei oder eines Wirtschaftsunternehmens

· Sie bringen sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen mit

· Ihre sehr guten Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind in der Praxis erprobt

· Sie haben Freude an der Optimierung und Mitgestaltung der Abläufe im Sekretariat und bringen Ihre Ideen ein

· Sie arbeiten zuverlässig und haben Spaß an serviceorientiertem Arbeiten

Skills Required

  • Completed professional training as a legal assistant or office management professional
  • Preferably first professional experience in an international law firm or corporate setting
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Very good English skills in written and spoken form
  • Ability to optimize workflow and contribute ideas to the office
  • Reliable and service-oriented work ethic
