Beschreibung
Assistenz Disposition und Stücklistenmanagement (m/w/d)
Es handelt sich um eine Festanstellung mit einer Arbeitszeit von 20 Stunden pro Woche.
Aufgaben
Unterstützung der Disposition
-
Disposition unter Anleitung (später eigenständig) bestimmter Materialien z. B. Verpackungen
-
Steuerung des Materialzulaufs in Absprache mit Lieferanten, Wareneingang und Lager
-
Übernahme der Komponentenbereitstellung für Außer-Haus Fertigung
-
Erstellen von Mischaufträgen
-
Durchführen der Inventur in Abstimmung mit dem zuständigen Verantwortungsbereich
Stücklisten Management
-
Unterstützung bei anfallen Stücklistenänderungen, wie bspw.:
-
Prüfung der Materialverfügbarkeit
-
Stücklisten anlegen/ändern
-
Neuanlage und Pflege der Stücklisten
-
Erstellen von Baugruppen /Fertigungsstücklisten in Abstimmung mit dem PM, Vertrieb, und Produktion

Stammdatenpflege
Anforderungen
-
Eine mindestens 3-jährige Berufsausbildung (z.B. kaufmännische Ausbildung)
-
Gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
-
Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS Office Produkten
-
Kenntnisse in der Produktionsplanung sowie betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse wünschenswert
