REQUISITOS:
Formação em Técnico em Química ou Engenharia Química, com CRQ ativo.
Experiência nas indústrias de plásticos, automotiva ou de pintura industrial.
PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES
Monitorar os parâmetros do processo de pintura e os sistemas de aplicação, garantindo estabilidade e qualidade;
Controlar variáveis críticas do processo, atuando preventivamente na identificação e correção de desvios;
Acompanhar a performance dos materiais, realizando ajustes e aditivações para assegurar o desempenho adequado;
Gerenciar o consumo de tintas e insumos, contribuindo para o controle de custos e redução de desperdícios;
Elaborar e apresentar relatórios de indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), conforme requisitos internos e do cliente;
Executar o controle logístico, administrativo, fiscal e de qualidade dos materiais, garantindo conformidade e rastreabilidade;
Atuar como interface entre áreas internas (GBT, Operações e Qualidade), reportando desvios, reclamações e oportunidades de melhoria;
Prestar suporte técnico à operação, participando de melhorias de processo, treinamentos, auditorias e ações de qualidade, segurança e meio ambiente.
