• Suportar o Analista da Qualidade na identificação, análise de dados e resoluções de problemas;
• Implementação de ações corretivas e preventivas para resolução de problemas e melhoria contínua;
• Preparar e Implementar as documentações requeridas e procedimentos para suportar as inspeções e controles de processo;
• Representante da qualidade como suporte técnico na célula de trabalho;
• Promover a conscientização para a qualidade e suportar nas atividades de formação de times
RESPONSABILIDADES CHAVES
Elaborar instruções de trabalho e preparar dados para análise
Acompanhar calibração de equipamentos e controles de processo (SPC)
Apoiar o engenheiro de qualidade e atividades de engenharia
Participar de auditorias de processo e produto
Auxiliar na introdução de novos produtos e configuração de sistemas (MES)
Acompanhar mudanças (ECN, PCN, MCN, CAPA, QRQC)
Monitorar indicadores de qualidade (FPY, DPM, Scrap, entre outros)
Analisar e tratar não conformidades de materiais e produtos
Apoiar na solução de problemas de qualidade no processo produtivo
Revisar amostras defeituosas e orientar ações corretivas
Atuar como suporte técnico para manufatura e decisões de processo
Monitorar planos de controle, checklists e auditorias de processo
Comunicar resultados, escalar prioridades e apoiar a tomada de decisão
Demonstrar habilidades analíticas, comunicação e liderança na célula de trabalho
ESCOLARIDADE E REQUISITOS
▪ Ensino Médio completo. Desejável cursando Nível Técnico ou Superior em Eletrônica, Mecânica, Mecatrônica , Eletrotécnica e Gestão da Qualidade ou áreas afins .
▪ Conhecimento em processo de manufatura e conhecimentos técnicos de produto.
▪ Desejável conhecimento das normas da IPC – Aceitabilidade em Montagem Eletrônica e normas da Qualidade.
▪ Desejável Inglês básico (leitura e escrita)
