What will you be doing here?

Buscamos um(a) assistente com vontade de aprender para apoiar nossa rotina contábil. O Assistente de Contabilidade será suporte ao time, atuando na execução de lançamentos, auxiliando na preparação de conciliações mensais e levantamento de documentações para atendimento a auditorias. Buscamos um perfil organizado, focado, com facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Quais são as Principais Responsabilidades:

• Efetuar lançamentos contábeis precisos e tempestivos nos sistemas contábeis;

• Realizar a preparação de conciliações mensais e com ajuda e acompanhamento de dos analistas identificar e propor solução para pendências;

• acompanhar e apoiar as demandas das auditorias, com disponibilização de documentação;

• Fazer acompanhamento das atividades de fechamento junto aos responsáveis, assim como manutenção na ferramenta do cronograma.

Quais os Requisitos?

• Formação concluída ou em andamento em Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas;

• Ter boa comunicação, organização, trabalho em equipe, resiliência e e vontade de aprender;

• Conhecimento em Ferramentas google/Pacote Office e BI será um diferencial;

• Espanhol será um diferencial.
