Atuar como ponto focal no acompanhamento dos clientes, sendo responsável pela análise, tratativa e resolução de demandas que não foram solucionadas no primeiro nível. Este profissional possui papel estratégico na gestão de casos mais complexos, garantindo a continuidade operacional, a satisfação do cliente e a interface eficiente entre as áreas.

Atividade:

  • Atuar como ponto focal de acompanhamento dos clientes, conduzindo as tratativas
  • Escalar casos críticos, envolvendo áreas como Qualidade de Rede, Operação e, quando necessário, o próprio cliente.
  • Apoiar o time de N1 na condução dos casos complexos
  • Participar de checkpoints operacionais com clientes, contribuindo para priorização de demandas
  • Acompanhar e sugerir melhorias de sistemas e processos.

Pré requisitos:

  • Ensino Médio Completo
  • Experiência com atendimento ao cliente será um diferencial
  • Proatividade e senso de urgência
  • Foco no cliente e na resolução de problemas
  • Trabalho em equipe e colaboração
  • Conhecimento do Pacote Office.
