Join our Global team as Assistant to the President of the Tube Division.

We are searching for a proactive and highly organized Assistant to support the President of our Tube Division and the entire Tube Division management team.

Your role:

In this role, you will be at the heart of an inspiring business environment. You will primarily support the President of the Tube Division while also serving as a key resource for the Tube Division management team members, providing assistance as needed and act as the House Manager for Tube Division headquarter in Sandviken. Your support will ensure the President and Management team members can focus on their strategic priorities by keeping daily operations organized and running smoothly.

With us, your work includes:

• Providing direct support to the President of the Tube Division as you primary priority, ensuring seamless coordination, administration and assistance in daily tasks and operations.
• Supporting Tube Division management team members with administration and operational tasks.
• Coordination travel arrangements, ensuring seamless logistics for customer meetings, managements kickoffs and global events.
• Organizing and overseeing local management team meetings, ensuring all logistics are taken care of for a productive and efficient gathering.
• Managing the daily operations of the Tube Division Headquarter in Sandviken, ensuring a smooth and well-functioning workplace for all employees.
• The role is located in Sandviken and you report to Carl von Schantz, President of Tube Division.

Your profile:

We are looking for a highly organized and service-oriented professional, experienced in coordination, administration and proactive problem-solving. Ideally, you have a university degree in a relevant field and a few years of experience in a similar role. Additionally, you are tech-savvy and comfortable navigating different systems.

You are fluent in both Swedish an English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
