Elms AL is committed to delivering outstanding care and support to our residents. We are seeking a RN Coordinator/Director of Nursing to oversee and guide our nursing department. This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday day shift schedule, with additional on-call responsibilities. Salary details will be discussed during the interview process.
Position Summary
The Director of Nursing will supervise and manage all nursing department activities. The individual will be responsible for establishing an organizational framework that supports person-centered resident care, cultivating a nursing staff that upholds high standards and regulatory compliance, and coordinating departmental functions with other facility areas.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse license to practice in North Carolina.
