A quoi sert le poste dans l’organisation ?
L’assistante administratif et comptable a la charge d’assurer un support administratif auprès du pôle Finance.
Ce poste est au centre de l’organisation des divisions, il est identifié comme trans-division.
3 grands axes :

Suivi et contrôle de la facturation fournisseur et des Notes de frais
-
Contrôle de l’application des procédures
-
Support administratif à la comptabilité
Inventaire des activités
-
Contrôle et gestion des factures fournisseurs
-
Contrôle et gestion des notes de frais dans le respect des procédures de la société
-
Préparation et comptabilisation des factures
-
Assister l’équipe comptable sur les clôtures mensuelles.

Comprendre et suivre toutes les procédures (Groupe Zoll, ISO, Sarbanes-Oxley, etc.) en relation avec les tâches confiées.

Accueil téléphonique.
