About the Role
To support agency recruitment process, especially handling agents’ contracting at iRecruit (Company recruitment e-platform) and IA license registration at IA on-line portal (IA license registration e-platform) so as to provide quality supports on the administration of agent life cycle.Roles and Responsibilities:
New Agency on-boarding Routine Operations
- Process agents’ contracting, registration and maintain proper licensing record according to the pre-defined due diligence procedures and control governance.
- Ensure the completeness of documents received (including the verification supporting document on academic qualification) at iRecruit and IA on-line portal upon receipt of full application.
- Release agent code to the new recruit upon the completeness of the application documents and granted with IA license.
- Handle enquiries from internal departments as well as agency.
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.
Agent License Renewal
- Process agent’s IA license renewal according to the pre-defined due diligence procedures and control governance.
- Ensure the completeness of documents received and verified the information provided on IA on-line portal upon receipt of the application.
- Handle enquiries from internal departments as well as agency.
Financial and Non-Financial Measures:
- Efficiency and effectiveness
- Accuracy, timeliness and completeness of work produced

Communication Requirements
- Communicate with internal departments and agency whenever necessary and daily discussions with teammates and superiors regarding daily tasks
- Communicate with IA whenever necessary with regards to registration and licensing issues
Minimum Job Requirements:
- College graduated
- 1-2 years working experience and relevant experience.
- English & Cantonese
- Industry certifications and practitioners’ licenses.
- Good command of written English and Chinese.
