About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant to support the Nordic leadership team within the Consumer Goods Business Unit, which includes the categories of Baby Care, Intimate Hygiene and Consumer Tissue.
In this role, you will be a trusted business partner, supporting the smooth running of operations within the organization.
This is a temporary position (11 months) based in Gothenburg.
What You Will Do

Support line manager and management team in organizational and administrative tasks.

Proactively manage and organize calendars, meetings and appointments.

Create PowerPoint templates and presentations.

Organize business trips, incl. transportation and accommodation and create travel expense reports.

Organize conferences and kick-offs.
-
Manage purchase orders and invoices.
-
Develop and update product information, manage translations.
-
Manage sampling.
-
Proactively execute various administrative activities e.g. booking of meeting rooms, being responsible for celebrations etc.

Participate in administration network.
Who You Are
To succeed in this role, you need to be self-driven, structured, and flexible, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. As multiple individuals will be assigning tasks, you should be proactive and take the initiative to identify what needs to be done. You need excellent communication skills and a service-minded attitude.
You have:

Highschool diploma or equivalent.

Experience in a similar role.

Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.

Fluency in both Swedish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
