Job Description
Job Title: Assistant
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine
About the role:
Providing effective, clear, timely organizational support to employees of the regulatory affairs department and the administrative department
Direct reporting to the Administration Lead, functional subordination to the Regulatory Affairs Lead
How you will contribute:

  • Contracts processing in Company's systems
  • Payments support: PO creation, sending for payment, payment monitoring, payment closing, PO closing, accruals
  • Documents printing and stamping for submission
  • Scanning of original documents received from HAs, MAHs and manufacturing sites and placing them on agreed locations (electronic and paper)
  • Preparation of the documents for the receipt of originals (in paper)
  • Logistic with original documents: SEC, State inspectorate, State Laboratories, banc
  • Preparation of the documents for the submission to State Inspectorate database after the receipt of originals
  • Managing courier services:
    • collecting post to send, preparing shipment documents, handing the post to a courier
    • receiving the post, distributing the post
    • managing incoming/outcoming post
