UTA seeks an Assistant to support the Head of Experiences and Strategic Relationships. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for brand partnerships, integrated marketing, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will play a critical role in managing daily operations, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring the team is positioned for success.
This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
What You Will Do
Support the development of brand partnership and experiential pitch materials, including research, brainstorming, deck development, and persuasive storytelling
Help translate ideas into compelling, client-ready narratives that clearly articulate the opportunity, creative concept, and value to potential brand partners
Research brands, marketing trends, cultural moments, talent, and industry activity to inform partnership opportunities and new business pitches
Contribute to brainstorming around experiential concepts, content ideas, and major sports and cultural moments
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reconciliation, and preparation of materials for meetings
Coordinate internal and external meetings, handling invitations, agendas, logistics, and note-taking
Help facilitate effective communication by sharing relevant updates and insights on clients and recruits with agents and staff
Collaborate with leadership to identify process improvements and support implementation of improved workflows and documentation
Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information
Perform additional duties as needed to support manager and broader team objectives
What You Will Need
2+ years of experience as an Assistant or in a coordinator-level role, preferably within sports, entertainment, marketing, media, experiential, brand partnerships, or another fast-paced environment
Genuine interest in marketing, integrated marketing, experiential, brand partnerships, and the intersection of sports and culture
Passion for persuasive storytelling and an ability to understand what makes an idea compelling to a brand or client
Strong writing skills with the ability to synthesize information and help turn ideas into clear, concise, compelling pitch materials
Strong visual instincts and comfort working in PowerPoint or similar presentation software; experience building or supporting client-facing decks is a plus
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly
Curiosity about brands, consumer behavior, culture, sports, entertainment, and emerging trends
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive problem-solver with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly
