What You’ll Do
- Manage the purchasing of departmental supplies using multiple software systems and ensure timely distribution to teams
- Submit work repair requisitions and coordinate follow‑up as needed
- Drive off‑site to pick up essential supplies when required
- Research products and materials to support team needs
- Complete monthly accruals for goods received
- Track and monitor spending to ensure alignment with budget goals
- Maintain accurate and confidential files and records for Zoological Administration
- Perform general administrative tasks including photocopying, faxing, scanning, and document handling
- Provide typing support and answer incoming phone calls
- Coordinate service repairs for equipment as necessary
- Facilitate scheduling of department safety to ensure team members maintain duty specific training and certifications
- Work closing shifts and weekends when business needs require it
What Helps You Succeed
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Prior clerical or park experience preferred
- Solid data entry abilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Team Members and Park Leadership
