Job Description
The Sales Lead will drive business development and revenue growth for Facility Management (FM) and Repair & Maintenance (R&M) services across occupier and investor clients. The role focuses on strategic account acquisition, client relationship management and solution-based selling aligned with integrated real estate services.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in FM and R&M services across occupiers (corporates, MNCs) and investors (developers, funds).
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Build a strong pipeline through market mapping, networking, and lead generation.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
Client Engagement
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, Admin Heads, Real Estate Heads).
- Understand client needs and position customized FM/R&M solutions.
- Drive client presentations, pitches, and solution walkthroughs.
Solutioning & Proposal Management
- Collaborate with operations, technical and pricing teams to design competitive proposals.
- Prepare RFP/RFQ responses, commercials, and contract documentation.
- Ensure alignment with client expectations and company service capabilities.
Market Intelligence
- Track industry trends in facility management, integrated services and workplace solutions.
- Analyze competitor offerings and pricing strategies.
- Provide insights to refine go-to-market strategies.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, procurement, finance and legal teams for seamless onboarding of new accounts.
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to operations post-deal closure.
