Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development
- Identify and build strategic partnerships with philanthropic foundations, CSR leaders, and multilateral agencies
- Lead the end-to-end partnership lifecycle: prospecting, pitch development, proposal writing, negotiations, and onboarding
- Co-create scalable programs enabling EdTech deployment in low-resource settings
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and ecosystem influencers
- Collaborate with product, implementation, strategy, and impact teams to craft compelling partner value propositions
Revenue & Project Mobilisation
- Drive revenue through grants, CSR-funded initiatives, and strategic collaborations
- Track partnership pipeline, conversions, and project performance
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of total experience, with at least 5 years in strategic partnerships, fundraising, or business development
- Proven track record of working with CSR teams, foundations, impact funders, or large NGOs
- Strong communication, proposal writing, and stakeholder management skills
- Deep passion for education equity and technology-led impact
- MBA or Master’s in Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field from a top-tier institution
