What you'll do:

AmeriHome is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The objective of this position is to develop and implement digital marketing channels and campaigns targeting new, current and lapsed customers to drive mortgage leads and build retention. This includes devising innovative ways to acquire customers, growing long-term customer relationships, and improving engagement and lifetime value.

•  Manage and implement campaigns in the digital space including email, social, SMS, SEM and web
•  Improve website lead performance including optimization through developing content and design
•  Comfortable working in a regulated, compliance-heavy industry/environment
•  A strong grasp of working with marketing tools to achieve marketing automation, project management, analytics and web content management (examples: Sendgrid, SoftVu, HubSpot, SEMRush, Confluence, Google Analytics, Jira and Wordpress)
•  Knowledge and experience creating and editing web and landing pages. And advanced skills in HTML, Javascript, and CSS
•  Perform digital marketing analysis and ROI measurement
•  Familiar with various CRM solutions such as Salesforce and Velocify
•  Understand the customer and derive insights to improve targeting, segmentation, and end-to-end user experience to retain and convert customers
•  Develop partnerships across the organization including marketing, analytics, project management, agency partners and vendors driving strategic execution
•  Achieve the goal of delivering the appropriate message, at the right time, in the right channel through developing a communication strategy to increase loyalty

What you'll need:

•  8+ years of digital marketing experience in areas including email, loyalty/rewards, push, social media, customer segmentation, and promotions
•  Successful track record of developing marketing strategies, executing, measuring, and delivering on performance targets

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Wordpress and HubSpot experience required
•  Strong understanding of current digital landscape, customer mindset and a focus on creating exceptional customer experiences
•  A natural ability to collaborate well with others across all levels of the organization and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, startup environment
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving orientation, comfortable engaging with analytics team to drive targeting and segmentation efforts for campaigns
•  Exceptional project management, and organizational skills are a must
•  Operates independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without sacrificing attention to detail
•  Financial services experience preferred but not required
